The Hunger Games

This book was phenomenal and very heartwarming. Every single part and all the details were so easy to penetrate that I didn’t even have to whip out a dictionary. However, there were some parts where I kind of got a little disappointed by Katniss’ actions. Overall, I thought of the book as astounding. The main character was very courageous. I was pretty much stunned throughout the whole story.
My personal favorite part was when Katniss volunteered to take her younger sister, Prim’s, place to participate in the games. Even though she was very petrified to be drawn out of all the names, she thought of her sister’s safety. That is what an older sibling should exactly be like. She was a considerate sister. Actually, Katniss was more like a guardian to the family because she was mostly the one who provided food and guarded the family.
After reading the book, I realized that it was the most outstanding book that I have ever read. The Hunger Games is now my number one book on my list. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. Even ig you don’t enjoy the idea of reading and finishing a whole entire book, I still recommend you read this book anyway. Hopefully, it will reverse your mind about reading because it definitely has impacted me to read more in the future. I really do not regret that I have decided to read this novel. If you haven’t read this book yet, I suggest that you do it. I promise you will not be let down.
